Loan Agreement

This Loan Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Maje Safe ("Lender") and the registered user ("Borrower") on the Maje Safe platform.

1. Loan Details

The Lender agrees to provide the Borrower with a loan under the following terms:

• Loan Amount: As displayed in the loan application
• Interest Rate (APR): As disclosed before acceptance
• Repayment Period: Selected by Borrower
• Repayment Schedule: Monthly / Weekly installments

2. Disbursement

Loan funds will be disbursed to the Borrower’s registered account upon approval.

3. Interest & Fees

• Interest is calculated based on the agreed APR
• Late payment fees may apply
• Additional processing fees may be charged

4. Repayment Obligations

The Borrower agrees to repay the loan in full according to the agreed schedule. Payments must be made on or before due dates.

5. Early Repayment

The Borrower may repay the loan early. Early repayment may or may not reduce total interest, depending on the loan terms.

6. Late Payments & Default

• Failure to pay on time may result in penalties
• Repeated missed payments may lead to account restrictions
• Maje Safe reserves the right to recover outstanding debt

7. Authorization

The Borrower authorizes Maje Safe to:

• Debit repayment amounts from linked accounts
• Contact the Borrower regarding repayment
• Verify financial and identity information

8. Credit Reporting

Maje Safe may report repayment behavior to credit bureaus where applicable.

9. Borrower Representations

• All provided information is accurate
• Borrower has legal capacity to enter agreement
• Funds will not be used for illegal purposes

10. Limitation of Liability

Maje Safe shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from loan usage.

11. Termination

This Agreement remains valid until the loan is fully repaid or terminated by Maje Safe due to breach.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws of the operating jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

Maje Safe may update loan terms where required by law or business needs.

14. Acceptance

By accepting the loan, the Borrower agrees to all terms stated in this Agreement.
